Open & Use the Case
Step 1: Opening the Access Panel Locate the "Open Here" Tab, this is your starting point. Punch Through the Tab: Carefully press your finger against the tab to punch it through. This action will create an initial opening to facilitate the next steps. Cut or Tear Along the Perforated Line: Using this initial opening, either cut with a knife or tear along the perforated line extending in both directions from the tab. Step 2: Loading Ground Fastening Spikes Insert the ground fastening spikes into the designated slots located on the top and left side of the carrying case. Position the spikes directly into the slots and then slightly tilt them towards the outer wall to prevent any damage to the DronePoints inside. The case is equipped to hold up to 20 spikes, each up to 8 inches in length. It is advisable to loosen the targets within the case prior to inserting the spikes, as they might have settled or compacted during transit. |

Step 5: Use the Carrying Handle Find the designated handle area on the top of your carrying case. Press down firmly along the perforated edges to punch through, then fold along the solid line to form a durable handle. This feature enhances the portability of your DronePoints carrying case, making it even more convenient for fieldwork. |

Step 4: Easy Removal of DronePoints Targets For seamless access to DronePoints targets, especially the first few which may be compacted, here's a tip: Place the carrying case face down with the access panel up. Gently slide your fingers under the top target and lift it straight upwards. A slight twist can help de-nest and ease the target out. This method ensures you can quickly and smoothly begin your field setup without any trouble. |
